The Valbonne French painted 5ft heavy carved bed is an ornately carved king size bed featuring extravagant head and foot ends.

The Valbonne range is made from a medium grade mahogany timber, sourced from the forests which are all part of regeneration programmes.

The seven-stage finishing programme includes hand sanding, filling, sealing, distressing, antique ageing and final sealing.

Exquisitely crafted by hand the Valbonne range follows the fashionable French theme with a mixture of Louis XIV to Louis XVI influences. An extremely elegant and refined collection with a subtle, deep cream distressed finish, enhancing the style and creating beautiful, top reproductions to sit proudly amongst genuine antiques from the period.
